Refunds & Cancellation
CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel your order only if it hasn't been dispatched yet. To request cancellation, kindly reach out to our support team at international@albozen.com
Once we receive your cancellation request, we will cancel the order and process your refund within 7 business days from the date of acknowledgment.
Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched from our warehouse.
REFUND POLICY
Albozen does not accept returns or process refunds under normal circumstances, except in the following cases:

Products damaged during delivery

Products with manufacturing defects

Wrong product delivered
To raise a return request, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by sending an email to international@albozen.com along with clear photographs of the damaged/defective/incorrect product.
Important Conditions:
Returns will NOT be accepted if:

The product has been opened or used

The safety seal is broken
-
Product packaging or serial number has been tampered with
Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to verify the claim. Based on the inspection:

If the return is valid, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement

If the return is not valid, the product will be sent back to you
Refund Process:

For online payments (card/UPI/wallet), refunds will be credited to the original payment source within 7 working days
-
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to your bank account within 14 working days after approval.
